Satish joined Redpoint in 2009, bringing experience as a founder and CEO having founded Zimbra, which was acquired by Yahoo! where he led the messaging division. Before then he served in various VP and GM roles at a different companies (like Sun, Openwave, IBM etc..) and as a founding VPE at a startup (Onebox). He is a dev by training and wrote the Servlet Classloader and the JSP compiler while with the Java group at Sun. He has been named to the Midas List.


He focuses the majority of his time partnering with early stage companies in AI, infrastructure, and security.
