What is your favorite part about working with portfolio companies and entrepreneurs? Being on the Founder Experience team allows me to directly interact with individuals that are constantly striving to enhance and improve our norm/status-quo which I find incredibly inspiring and exciting!

How do you view your role with portfolio companies? I get the opportunity to bring people together to learn from each other and support each other.  From my previous experience with founders, I know this role can be isolating and lonely. I enjoy creating an environment where entrepreneurs can find support and gather advice from our team and others that have gone through “the climb” before.

Favorite quote or saying?

“Nothing will work unless you do.”
— Maya Angelou

What is the first concert you went to? Wango Tango 00, hosted by ’N Sync, including Sugar Ray, Jessica Simpson, Sisqo, and Ricky Martin… jealous?

Favorite thing about San Francisco? The view of the Golden Gate bridge.  I have lived here for over a decade and the view sincerely never gets old.  My favorite Sunday activity is to grab a coffee, walk to the bridge, and stroll by the farmers market on the way home.

What makes Redpoint unique?  The people.  When I interviewed with Redpoint, I felt so at ease with everyone I spoke with.  Everyone on the team is extremely kind, interesting, and sincere. The camaraderie among the team is special!

People are often surprised to hear that I … haven’t driven in 12 years (since moving to San Francisco).  Needless to say, Uber has made a significant impact in my life!

If you could play a sport/ take a road trip with anyone, who would it be? Adele.  First off, who doesn’t love singing on a road trip and we all know she has some amazing pipes!  Plus, have you seen her on Carpool Karaoke?

What is the best trip you’ve taken and why?  I went with a bunch of friends down to Baja California.  We spent a week camping. Our days were filled with surfing, ATVs, and bonfires.  It reminded me that a trip does not need to be extravagant to be special. The people that you share it with are most important.
