Atli manages Redpoint's Talent Network, helping to identify trajectory-changing leaders to get involved with portfolio companies, and advising founders on talent and people strategy. He joined Redpoint in 2018, after 4 years at SPMB Executive Search.

Atli holds dual B.A. degrees from UC Berkeley in Political Economy and Legal Studies. He was a 4-year member of the varsity Rowing team. He grew up in San Jose and Iceland and currently lives in San Francisco.
