Jeff joined Redpoint in 2018 as General Counsel and oversees Redpoint’s legal, regulatory and compliance team (of one).

Prior to Redpoint, Jeff worked at Goodwin Procter and Gunderson Dettmer, where he represented venture capital firms and technology companies in corporate matters at all stages of their life cycle, including formation, venture financing, M&A and IPO.

Jeff received a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from Cal and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.

In his spare time, Jeff keeps busy with daily training (defensive tactics only) for the American Knife Fighting Championships with the assistance of his trusty golden retriever Ricky.
