Lars joined Redpoint in 2004 and leads the firm’s finance and operations department. He and his team handle all accounting, financial management, reporting and tax matters. Lars also oversees Redpoint’s administrative and operational efforts, including legal, information technology, investor relations and human resources.

Lars is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and a member of the Private Equity Chief Financial Officers Association and NVCA CFO Taskforce. Lars holds a B.S. in Political Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.

In his free time, Lars enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors and going to SF Giants games.
