Roger is a seasoned IT Professional who joined Redpoint in 2009. He and his team are responsible for IT, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, and anything that connects to power.

He started his career in IT by accident in 1996 for a three-month contract at a large law firm. They just needed someone to disconnect and reconnect computers for an office move. Four years later, and after shadowing (bugging) anyone he could in that large IT department, he learned enough to be moderately dangerous. Over the years, he's worked at various companies, including a broker-dealer, a Biotech Startup, and general IT consulting for various businesses, before finally landing his dream job in VC.

In his free time, Roger enjoys downhill skiing, scuba diving, and spoiling his daughter.
