Urvashi started her career at Ernst & Young where she implemented large mergers and acquisitions for Fortune 500 companies. She then joined Boston Consulting Group where she worked with companies across financial services, healthcare and private equity advising them on business strategy, pricing and product. She joined Redpoint in 2020 and has led investments across SaaS, consumer and crypto.

Urvashi earned her M.B.A. from Wharton and her B.A. from Middlebury College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Growing up in India as the daughter of two entrepreneurs, she learned her first business lessons working in her father’s industrial gas factory and her mother’s furniture design workshop. She also lived in Hong Kong and China before settling in the United States. In her free time, Urvashi enjoys hiking in the Bay Area and pampering the senior dogs that she fosters.
