This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you use our website located at www.redpoint.com (the “Site”), or through other means described below, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. Information You Provide to Us:

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. 

Your CCPA rights

You may request that we:

  • Provide you with information about the categories of personal information we have collected or disclosed about you, the categories of sources of such personal information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose your personal information.
  • Provide you with access to or copies of the personal information we collected about you.

If would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact information provided in Section 11 of this Privacy Policy. You will be required to verify your identity before we fulfill your request, and we may request additional information from you in order to do this. In some cases, we may not be able to process your request because we need to continue processing the related information for our legitimate interests or to comply with a legal obligation, as permitted by law.

You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide us with written authorization or a power of attorney, signed by you, for the agent to act on your behalf. You will still need to verify your identity directly with us.

Shine the Light

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your information to third parties for their direct marketing ​​purposes.

Do Not Track

Our Site does not currently honor browser-initiated Do Not Track signals.

5. Children under the Age of 16

The Site is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age. If you are under the age of 16, do not use or provide any information to the Site. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

We protect your personal information using physical, administrative and electronic safeguards. However, as no electronic transmission or storage of personal information can be entirely secure, we make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your personal information.

We keep the information we collect only for as long as we consider it necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and used, after which we may delete the information to the extent it has not been aggregated or de-identified.

The Site may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the third parties who operate those websites, products or services. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on those third-party services or to any personal information that you disclose to such third parties.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, applicable law, or our information practices. The date of the most recent update to this Privacy Policy can be found at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will provide you with appropriate notice if required by law. By continuing to use the Site, you are confirming that you have read and understood the latest version of this Privacy Policy.
